petitioner and the learned APP for the State.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the

petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present

modification application.

3. Accordingly, the present modification application

filed on behalf of the petitioner is dismissed as withdrawn, in

view of the bar as contained in Section 362 Cr.P.C.

4. At this stage, both the parties have jointly

submitted that they are pursuing the remedy in accordance with

law to settle their strained relationship.
