About the Internship
The company is looking for a Legal Intern that thrives in a fast-paced and challenging environment. In this role, you will be assisting all functions within the legal department.
Eligibility
Pre-final year – BA LLB, BBA LLB students with experience and/or interest in the SaaS industry.
Work Profile
- To assist the legal team in managing relevant tasks related to legal research, drafting and compliance.
- To conduct research on specific legal aspects and prepare comprehensive documents based on the findings.
- Drafting, reviewing and redlining of NDAs and other agreements as per the business requirement.
- Provide legal support and coordinate with internal stakeholders as may be necessary.
Duration
Duration of internship – 1 month (subject to extension on the basis of performance and business requirements)
