1. Prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is
for issuance of direction to respondent No.2 to transfer the investigation of
FIR No.328 dated 02.11.2024 under Sections 115, 118(1), 118(2), 126, 190,
191(3), 3(5), 351(3) of B.N.S.S., 2023, to some higher police official.
2. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he
will be satisfied, in case a direction is issued to respondent No.3-the
Superintendent of Police, Yamuna Nagar to decide the representation dated
07.12.2024 (Annexure P-4) within a time bound manner.
3. Without adverting to the merits of the case, the respondent No.3-
the Superintendent of Police, Yamuna Nagar, is directed to consider and decide
the representation dated 07.12.2024 (Annexure P-4) by passing a speaking
order in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of
receipt of certified copy of this order.
4. A copy of order so passed be supplied to the petitioner within one
week thereafter.
5. Petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
