COMMON ORDER:

(per Hon’ble Sri Justice Pulla Karthik)

Since the issue involved in all these Writ Petitions is one and

the same, they are being heard together and are being disposed of

by way of this common order at the admission stage.

2. These Writ Petitions are filed aggrieved by the action of

respondent No.1 in detaining the lorries and goods vide impugned

orders, all dated 06.05.2025, under Form GST MOV-02.

3. Heard Sri P.Girish Kumar, learned Senior Counsel

representing Sri Shaik Jeelani Basha, learned counsel for the

petitioners and Sri Swaroop Oorilla, learned Special Government

Pleader for State Tax, appearing for the respondents.

4. Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners submits that the

petitioners are the lorry owners and while they were transporting

the goods, namely Polished Granite Slabs, respondent No.1

intercepted vehicles on 05.05.2025 and 06.05.2025, threatened the

petitioners and brought back three vehicles to Madnoor, Telangana

and kept the other two vehicles at nearby rice mill. Subsequently,

respondent No.1 issued impugned orders under Form GST MOV-

02, all dated 06.05.2025, detaining the vehicles and the goods.

Thereafter, the petitioners, through their counsel, sent their

respective replies/representations to respondent No.2 on

09.05.2025, through email, requesting to release the vehicles along

with the goods. However, no action has been taken so far.

Therefore, learned Senior Counsel prays this Court to direct

respondent No.2 to consider the replies/representations of the

petitioners, all dated 09.05.2025, and pass necessary orders,

within a stipulated period of time.

5. Learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents

fairly submits that respondent No.2 will consider the said

replies/representations, all dated 09.05.2025, and pass

appropriate orders, in accordance with law.

6. Having regard to the submissions made by learned counsel

for the respective parties and without going into the merits of the

case, these Writ Petitions are disposed of directing respondent No.2

to consider the email replies/representations of the petitioners, all

dated 09.05.2025, and pass appropriate orders thereon, strictly in

accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within

a period of one (1) week from today and communicate the decision

thereof to the petitioners.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.

There shall be no order as to costs.
