The Investigating Officer, Sri M.A. Nataraj, the Police Inspector,
Sringeri Police Station, has submitted a charge sheet against
accused No. 4 and other accused persons for offences punishable
under Sections 120B, 143, 147, 148, 353, 427, 435, 506, read with
Spl.C.No.694/2025
Section 149 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (hereinafter referred to
as ‘IPC’), Sections 3 and 25 of the Indian Arms Act, 1959
(hereinafter referred to as ‘the Arms Act’), Sections 3 and 4 of the
Explosive Substances Act, 1908, Section 16 of the Unlawful
Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967 (hereinafter referred to as ‘the U.A.
(P) Act’), and Section 2 of the Karnataka Prevention of Destruction
and Loss of Property Act, 1981.
