2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the
parties.
3. Settlement Agreement dated 17th February, 2025 duly
signed by the second and the third respondents has been
filed on record in IA No.59364 of 2025. The second and
the third respondents are present virtually. There is no
dispute that the entire amount payable in terms of
paragraph 5(E) of the Settlement Agreement has been paid
by the third respondent-husband to the second respondent-
