1. Issue notice to the respondents.
2. Ms. Priyanka Bhat, Advocate appearing vice Ms. Monika Kohli,
learned senior AAG waives notice on behalf of respondent 1. She
seeks time to file response.
3. Time is granted. Let the needful be done, by or before the next date of
hearing.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners shall furnish complete particulars
of the respondent 2 in the registry of this Court within a period of one
week, whereafter notice be issued to respondent 2.
5. List on 11.02.2025.
6. In the meantime, subject to objections from the other side and till next
date of hearing before the Bench, investigation in FIR No. 20 of 2024
dated 07.11.2024 registered with Police Station, Anti Corruption
Bureau, Central for offences under Sections 7, 13(1)(a), 13(2) of
2 CRM(M) No. 976/2024
CrlM No. 1978/2024
Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 and 120-B, 420, 467, 468 and 471
IPC shall proceed, however, filing of charge-sheet shall await further
orders of this Court.
