We were glad to welcome Prof. (Dr.) Pritam Baruah, Professor and Dean, School of Law, BML Munjal University, as part of our flagship Jurist Speaks: Eminent Scholars Lecture Series (10th Edition), organised under the aegis of the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) and the Chair for Professional Ethics at National Law University Delhi.
Prof. Baruah delivered a thought-provoking lecture on “Restricting Fundamental Rights: Collective Goals and the Idea of Community Dignity”, which encouraged deep reflection and critical engagement on the complex relationship between individual liberties and collective aspirations.
