1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2. The petitioner-husband is seeking transfer of
M.T. No. 427 of 2023 titled as “Sonika Nagar v. Gaurav
Bidhuri” filed by the respondent-wife pending before
the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, Tis Hazari
Court, Delhi to the Court of Principal Judge, Family
Court, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh.
3. During the pendency of the present petition, with
the consent of the parties, the matter was referred to
the Supreme Court Mediation Centre for exploring the
possibility of an amicable settlement.
