BRIEF FACTS & AVERMENTS
1. As pleaded, the plaintiff is a citizen of Canada and is a director
of Fritz Marketing Inc., a company incorporated in Canada.
The present suit under disposal has been filed by the plaintiff
seeking recovery of Rs.51,26,860/- (Rupees Fifty One Lac
Twenty Six Thousand Eight Hundred and Sixty Only) along
with pendente-lite and future interest against the Defendant.
2. In the year 2014, the Defendant approached the Plaintiff for a
personal loan, for which the Plaintiff advanced an amount of
Rs.32,72,260/- (Rupees Thirty Two Lacs Seventy Two
Thousand and Two Hundred and Sixty Only) to the Defendant
as loan vide wire transfer and bank advise dated 30.12.2014.
