This charge sheet is submitted by the Police Inspector,
Rajagopala Nagara police station against accused No.1 to 9 for the
offences punishable under Sections 399, 402 of IPC.
2. Brief facts of prosecution case.-
The complainant Sri. V.J. Mithun Shilpi, Police Inspector,
Rajagopal Nagar police station has lodged the complaint against the
accused persons alleging that on 18.04.2017 morning at about 5.00
am., while the complainant along with his staff were on patrolling duty
in government vehicle bearing No.KA-04/G-549 near G.K.W Layout,
he received credible information from the informant that near G.K.W
Layout Main Road, at vacant place, about 8-9 persons holding deadly
weapons in their hands unlawfully assembled there and are making
preparation to commit dacoity of general public, who are moving alone
there. Immediately, he summoned panchas and then along with his
staff and panchas went to the said place. After confirming the same,
the complainant along with his staff surrounded and apprehended the
accused persons. Thereafter, the complainant conducted the mahazar
and seized the articles from the possession of the accused persons
and took the accused along with seized articles to the police station
and lodged the complaint against the accused persons. On receipt of
the said complaint the SHO registered the case in Crime No.381/2017
against the accused persons for the offences punishable under
Sections 399, 402 of IPC.
