Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned

Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

2. Vide earlier order dated 22.05.2025, the

Investigating Officer was directed to be physically present along

with the case diary. Today, the Investigating Officer is present

and case diary has been received and the same is being taken on

record.

3. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the

offence punishable under Sections 318(4), 319(2), 336(3), 338,

339, 340(2), 341(1), 342(1), 3(5), 61(2) of the Indian Penal

Code, Section 37 of the Excise Act and Section 66(c)/66(d) of

I.T. Act.
