Welcome to the Fairfield Institute of Management & Technology (FIMT), New Delhi, an esteemed institution founded by The Fairfield Group of Institutions. What began as a humble venture has now blossomed into a beacon of academic excellence, offering a diverse range of programs and opportunities for personal and professional growth.

At FIMT, we proudly offer admissions to various undergraduate and postgraduate courses such as B.Tech (CSE, IT, AI & ML/ECE), BA Eng (Hons), BBA (General), LLM, BA-LLB (Integrated), BBA-LLB (Integrated), BCA, BA (JMC), B.Ed., and B.Com (Hons). Admissions are based on the Common Entrance Test (CET), CUET, JEE-MAINS and counseling through Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi, as well as CLAT for law courses.

Our campus is a serene, lush green paradise, where the beauty of nature complements our state-of-the-art facilities. From expansive academic and administrative blocks to well-equipped hostels, playgrounds, and a growing library, we offer a holistic learning environment. Our specialized labs—Moot Court, Sound & Editing, Graphic & Visual Rooms, Art & Craft, Psychology Lab, and ICT Lab—are designed to foster creativity and practical knowledge.

‘Integration of knowledge and human development’

In today’s rapidly evolving global landscape, the traditional boundaries between disciplines, sectors, and communities are becoming increasingly porous. Complex societal challenges—such as poverty alleviation, sustainable development, public health crises, climate change, digital inclusion, and educational disparities—require more than isolated solutions. They demand an integrated approach, where knowledge from various fields converges to foster comprehensive and sustainable human development with application of multi-disciplinary approach.

The theme “Integration of Knowledge and Human Development” focuses on how blending diverse bodies of knowledge—scientific, technological, cultural, ethical, indigenous, and experiential—can contribute to empowering individuals, enhancing societal well-being, and building resilient systems. This special issue seeks to explore how interdisciplinary and cross-sectoral knowledge integration can drive sustainable growth, improve societal well-being, and address complex global challenges

• Technological innovations and their human-centered applications

Registration Procedure

Authors are requested to submit articles through mails in MS Word format. Interested authors can e-mail their manuscript to fimtcollege.rd@gmail.com as per the below mentioned guidelines.

• The authors’ articles must be original works, never before published or submitted for publication to another journal. 
• All Manuscripts should be submitted with plagiarism report; to ensure that your work is original.
• Manuscripts should be submitted by email only on fimtcollege.rd@gmail.com
• The manuscript should be between 2500 and 6000 (approx.) words in length.
• There should be two files in the submission. The paper’s title and the authors’ information, including their names, addresses, and phone numbers, should be included in the first file. The title of the work, an abstract (up to 250 words), 4-6 keywords, and the full text of the paper should all be included in the second file. Authors’ name(s) or their affiliation should not appear anywhere in the paper.
• The text should be double-spaced, in Times New Roman typeface, 12 points in font size with a 1-inch margin all around. Use standard indentation for paragraphs.
• Tables and figures should be numbered in Roman numerals and can be placed in the manuscript’s body. Data sources should be properly acknowledged in a references to both tables and figures. If any acronyms or abbreviations are used in the tables and figures, they should be properly explained in the manuscript’s main body text, where they have been used to refer to, explain, or cite them, as well as in the footnotes of the table or figure.
• All Figures (charts & diagrams) must be clear and in black and white. 
• The alphabetical arrangement of all references cited in the body text is essential. The references list should be thoroughly examined by the authors to ensure its accuracy, uniformity, and completeness.
• Authors must precisely follow APA style in case of citing sources.
• All manuscripts will be given to two anonymous reviewers for feedback. If there is any reviewers improvement, the authors must respond. The editor’s decision to publish, modify, or reject the paper will be final and based on the reviewers’ reports.
