The Police Inspector of Chandra Layout Police
Station, Bengaluru has filed the charge sheet against
the accused for the offences punishable under Sections
120(B), 450, 392 and 397 r/w. Section 34 of IPC.
2. The learned Magistrate after complying with the
provisions under Section 207 Cr.P.C., has committed the
case against the accused under Section 209 of Cr.P.C.,
to the Court of Hon’ble Prl. City Civil & Sessions Judge,
Bengaluru, as the offences under Sections 450 and 397
of IPC are exclusively triable by the Court of Sessions.
After committal of the case, the case is made over to
this court for trial in accordance with law.
