This petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the impugned
order dated 20.08.2019 passed by the Vth Additional District Judge,
Chhatarpur, whereby the application filed by the petitioner under Order 6
Rule 17 of CPC has been rejected.
There is no order of stay in the application/petition.
The Civil Suit bearing No.59/18 was disposed of on 04.03.2022,
therefore, with passage of time, this petition is rendered infructuous.
Accordingly, this Miscellaneous petition is disposed of as having been
rendered infructuous.
