Heard finally, with the consent of the parties.
2] This petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the
Constitution of India, seeking the following reliefs:-
“In the facts and circumstances of this case the petitioner humbly prays that
this petition be allowed and by issuing:-
7.1Appropriate Writ, Direction or Order in the nature of mandamus,
theimpugned order (Annexure-P/1) of allotment of work be quashed.
7.2 Appropriate Writ, Direction or Order in the nature of mandamus,
theimpugned selection of Respondent Nos.3 & 4 vide Annexure P/4
forconcerning work alongwith all subsequent proceeding be quashed.
7.3 Appropriate Writ, Direction or Orderin the nature of mandamus,
theimpugned Respondent No.1 & No.2 be directed to carry out the process of
selection and allotment for the said work of supplying mid-day afresh in fair
and transparent manner.
