About the Book
Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) has become an essential pillar of modern legal practice, offering an effective and flexible means of resolving disputes outside the traditional courtroom. Over the past few decades, ADR has gained significant traction both domestically and internationally, allowing parties to navigate legal conflicts with greater efficiency, confidentiality, and control over the resolution process.
With the growing demand for quicker, less adversarial, and more cost-effective solutions, ADR methods such as arbitration, mediation, negotiation, and conciliation are increasingly integrated into legal systems, business practices, and international relations.
