During the Eklavya 2.0 Research & Writing Workshop conducted by the Dean Office (Research, Planning and Strategic Development), NLUD on 31st May-1st June, 2025, Five Master Classes were initiated by eminent resource persons. These dived deeper into the nuances of understanding theoretical and conceptual frameworks for research, being conscious of the authorial intent during the process of academic writing, framing effective research questions and syncing the questions with objectives and scope of research, similarities and differences between academic writing and other forms of narrative writing, and the like. These extensive discussions were led by our expert resource persons including Prof. (Dr.) Debasis Poddar, Professor, National Law University and Judicial Academy (NLUJA), Assam, Dr. Shivani Kapoor, Associate Professor & Additional Director, Centre for Writing Studies, O.P. Jindal Global University, Dr. Ghazala Jamil, Assistant Professor, Centre for the Study of Law and Governance, JNU, Dr. Dhivya Janarthanan, Assistant Professor, National Law School of India University (NLSIU) Bangalore.
