This suit is filed by the GPA holder of the plaintiff for specific
performance of contract against the defendant for enforcement of
contract, dated 3-11-2016.
2. Thumbnail sketch of the instant case is as under:-
The plaintiff stated that the defendant is the absolute owner of
residential property bearing No.28, PID No.13-79-28, 4TH Cross
Street, Mahalakshmipuram, Bengaluru-86, measuring East to West
35ft, North to South 30ft, totally measuring 1050 sq.ft together with
structure standing thereon. The defendant purchased portion of
property by virtue of sale deed, dated 15-03-2013 and another
portion or property property bequeathed by his father
G.Govindaswamy by virtue of registered will Deed, dated 6-6-2001.
