1. The appellant lays challenge to the judgment and

order dated 08th January, 2013 in Civil Misc. Writ

Petition No.21296/98 titled “Union of India & Anr. Vs.

Mohd. Israr & Anr.” passed by the High Court of

Judicature at Allahabad.

2. Mr. S. D. Sanjay, learned ASG submits that during

the pendency of the appeal the appellant has been

regularized.

3. We are of the considered opinion that in view of

regularization of the appellant, the present appeal has

become infructuous. As such we dispose of the same with

liberty to the appellant to agitate the surviving

grievances, if any, in accordance with law in relation

to the same and subsequent cause of action, before the

appropriate forum, should there be any requirement.
