Hiring | Associate – Dispute Resolution
Location: New Delhi | Full-Time | On-Site | Immediate Joining
About the Role:
We at Madaan Law Offices are looking to expand our Dispute Resolution team by onboarding two experienced Associates. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience in commercial litigation, with a focus on matters under the Insolvency & Bankruptcy Code (IBC) and Company Law. This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, with immediate joining preferred.
Eligibility:

Minimum 3 years PQE in commercial litigation and insolvency law

Strong drafting and legal research skills

Sound understanding of the IBC, Companies Act, and related commercial laws

Excellent communication and client management skills

Detail-oriented and proactive in litigation strategy and execution
Key Responsibilities:

Appear before NCLT, NCLAT, High Courts, Supreme Court, and other relevant forums

Draft pleadings, applications, and legal opinions

Contribute to litigation strategy and liaise with clients

Participate in dispute resolution and settlement efforts
