1. We have heard Mr. Sanjay Mani Tripathi, learned counsel

for the petitioner and have also perused the record.

2. We are of the view that no ground is made out warranting

our interference under Article 136 of the Constitution of

India.

3. Hence, the special leave petition stands dismissed.

4. After the order is dictated, learned counsel for the

petitioner requests time to vacate and handover the vacant

possession of the subject matter involved in the litigation to

the respondent.

5. Having regard to the reasons stated by him, time to

vacate is granted till 30th September, 2025, subject to the

petitioners filing the usual undertaking before the Trial

Court and also continuing to discharge the obligation of

paying rent to the respondent(s). The said undertaking shall

be filed within two weeks from today.
