Applicant is in judicial custody in FIR/Case

Crime No. 173 of 2023, under Section 406, 419, 420, 467,

468, 471 and 120B IPC, Police Station Kotdwar, District

Pauri Garhwal. She has sought her release on bail. This

is the third bail application of the applicant. Her first bail

application was dismissed on merits on 08.04.2024. Her

second bail application was treated as short term bail

application which was allowed on 31.07.2024.

2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and

perused the record.

3. Having considered, this Court is of the view

that there is no new ground to enlarge the applicant on

bail. Accordingly, the third bail application of the

applicant deserves to be rejected.

4. The third bail application is rejected.
