1. Issue notice to the respondents, returnable within a period of three
weeks, subject to petitioners’ taking necessary steps within a period of
one week.
2. List on 14.02.2025.
3. In the meantime, subject to objections from the other side and till next
date of hearing before the Bench, investigation in FIR No. 0036 of
2024 dated 06.03.2024 registered with Police Station, Billawar for
offences under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506 and 34 IPC shall proceed,
however, filing of charge-sheet shall await further orders of this Court.
