The complainant has filed the present complaint U/Sec.200
of Cr.P.C., alleging that the accused has committed the offence
punishable U/Sec.138 of Negotiable Instruments Act (herein after
referred as N.I.Act).

2. The case of the complainant in brief is as follows:-

The complainant and accused are known to each other
since six years. The accused is the proprietor of Sunrise
Developers. The accused was introduced by the friend of
complainant namely Gangadhar. The complainant was in search
of purchasing vacant suitable site. At that time, the accused
approached the complainant during the first week of January
2021 and informed about the availability of 30 x 40 feet
measurement site at Maluru, Narasapura. The accused offered to
sell the said site for consideration of Rs.13,00,000/- and also
informed that the market price for the said site was
Rs.18,00,000/-.
