1. In furtherance of last order of the predecessor bench, a detailed report
has been received in closed envelope from the learned Inspecting Judge. In
his elaborate report, the learned Inspecting Judge has detailed the conduct of
the petitioner in jail. Notably, it is revealed from the report of the learned
Inspecting Judge that the petitioner has already filed an application for jail
transfer which is pending before the competent authority.
2. According to the learned ASC, the petitioner concealed in the petition
about pendency of the application for jail transfer before the competent
authority. But despite being asked repeatedly, learned counsel for petitioner
is not answering clearly as to why this fact was not disclosed in the petition.

3. Since the application of petitioner for transfer of jail is already
pending before the competent authority, which fact has been concealed, I
find no reason to allow this petition.
4. The petition is dismissed.
