Eligibility
The ideal candidate should be an advocate with prior experience handling medical negligence matters. Familiarity with litigation and dispute resolution in the healthcare domain will be an added advantage.
Roles and Responsibilities
The selected advocate will be expected to assist with an ongoing medical negligence case in Mumbai, providing legal support, strategizing on case development, and coordinating on any required procedural matters related to litigation or arbitration, if necessary.
