Avvocats & Partners LLP is expanding its US Trademark Practice and looking to build a dedicated legal team in Mohali, Punjab. We are currently hiring for the following full-time positions:
Our team supports global clients such as startups, Amazon sellers, e-commerce brands, and SaaS founders with trademark matters in the United States.
Eligibility
For Experienced Trademark Attorney

Minimum 5+ years of experience in trademark filings

Prior experience with US Trademark applications preferred

Strong understanding of trademark processes and client interaction
-
Remote for the first 3 months, followed by office-based work in Mohali
For Freshers / Trainees
-
Law graduates or final-year students eligible to work
-
No prior experience required; structured training will be provided

Strong interest in US Trademark law and cross-border IP practice
-
Open to relocating or working from Mohali after 3 months of remote training
Roles and Responsibilities
Trademark Attorney
-
Manage end-to-end US trademark filings
-
Provide legal advice to clients on trademark strategy and objections

Ensure compliance with filing deadlines and procedural requirements
Freshers / Trainees

Assist with research, drafting, and documentation

Learn and apply US trademark procedures and systems
-
Support the team in managing global IP portfolios and client communication
