About the Chamber
Advocate Uday Bedi practices before the Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court, and various district courts and tribunals in Delhi. His chamber is engaged in a diverse litigation practice covering civil, criminal, commercial, and matrimonial matters, with regular appearances before forums such as the NCDRC, NCLAT, NCLT, RERA, and others.

Key Responsibilities:

Drafting and filing of pleadings and legal documents

Conducting in-depth legal research

Attending court hearings and representing clients

Managing case files and court schedules
Candidate Requirements:

Post-qualification experience (PQE): 2–3 years in litigation

Strong command over English (written and spoken)

Proficiency in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat

Excellent legal research skills and interest in extensive reading

Ability to work independently and handle court matters confidently
Probation Period: 2 months
