respondents seeks 3 weeks further time for filing counter affidavit.
Mr. I. Lalitkumar, learned senior counsel appearing for the
petitioner prays for considering the prayer for passing interim order
and submitted that unless an appropriate interim order is passed,
the petitioner will face hardship.
As counter affidavit on behalf of the respondents are
required for deciding the issue, 3 weeks’ time as prayed for by the
learned GA is granted.
The prayer for passing interim order will be considered
after filing of the counter affidavit.
