WHEREAS the Petitioner above named through his Advocate M/s
CORPUS JURIS LAW PANEL LLP presented this petitl’on under Article 226 of+

the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the
affidavit filed therewith, the HI’gh Court may be pleased to issue a wrl’t or order
or directions more particularly in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the

inaction of respondents more particularly Respondent No 2 issuing impugned
proceeding Rc.No.E2/Col_15021/265/2024, dated 23.09.2024 and E2/COE-
15021/265/2024, dt.28.04.2025 promoting the 3rd and 4th Respondents

without considering the case of the petitioner who eligible, qualified and senior

person for promotion to the post of Executive Officer Grade-Ill by way of
transfer as against the available vacancies and Set aside the Promotions Of
the Respondents No.3 and 4 as highly objectionable, contrary to law,

discriminative in nature, official ultra vires, unconstitu{ional as well’
