Since both these bail applications arise from

one and the same FIR, they are being heard together and

decided by this common order.

2. The applicants Rajeev Deol and Kuldeep Singh are in

judicial custody in FIR/Case Crime No.245 of 2018, dated

23.11.2018, under Sections 420, 465, 466, 467, 468,

471, 120-B IPC, Police Station Dalanwala, District

Dehradun. They have sought their release on bail.

3. Heard learned counsel for the parties and

perused the record.

4. According to the FIR, the applicants and the

co-accused have been occupying the property belonging to

the informant on the basis of forged documents.

5. Learned counsel for the applicants would

submit that they have not occupied any property of the

informant; a will was executed in the name of the co-

accused Sheela Maggi, who executed a gift deed in the

year 2017 in favour of one Amit Megee; the applicants are

only witnesses in the gift-deed; they are not the

beneficiaries; they have not received any money; they

have not forged the documents.
