1. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the

material placed on record. The petitioner applied for the Central

Teacher Eligibility Test Examination. However, when the

examination was to be conducted, some other person impersonating

the petitioner was found attempting to appear on her behalf.

Apparently, the petitioner has tried to disrupt the process of

examination by engaging an impersonator to appear on her behalf in

the CTET Examination. Thus, we are not inclined to extend the

benefit of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner.

2. Hence, the Special Leave Petition is dismissed as being devoid

of merit.

3. Pending application(s), if any, stand disposed of.
