Learned senior counsel for the petitioner, Mr. M.
Hemchandra is present before this Court physically and submits that this
contempt petition is initiated seeking for compliance of the order
rendered by the Ld. Single Bench on the writ side and thereafter, against
the writ order, challenged by preferring an appeal which is also disposed
of by coordinate Bench. This contempt proceeding is initiated under
Section 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971.
This submission which is made by the aforesaid learned
senior counsel is taken on record.
Whereas, learned senior counsel for the respondent No.
3, Mr. T. Momo; learned senior counsel for the respondent No. 2, Mr. N.
Ibotombi and learned counsel for the respondent No. 1, Mr. L. Raju are
also present before this Court physically.
However, the learned respective counsels for the
respondents want to arrange parties in this proceeding as well as writ
appeal proceeding.

This submission which is made by the aforesaid learned
counsels for the respondents is taken on record.
However, this contempt proceeding has been filed for
seeking intervention to comply with the order rendered by the coordinate
Bench of the writ appeal and therefore, it is deemed appropriate that the
learned counsels for the respondents No. 1, 2 & 3 be directed to secure
instructions from the aforesaid rank of respondents and submit the same
for consideration in this matter. If no submission of report is made, this
matter would be viewed seriously.
Consequently, list this matter on 15.07.2025.
In the meanwhile, the learned senior counsel for the
respondent No. 3 submits that he is filing Vakalatnama on behalf of the
respondent No. 3
Keeping in view of the submission made by the learned
senior counsel for the respondent No. 3, learned counsel, Ms. N. Diana
be directed to submit memo for undertaking to secure the service of
learned senior counsel for the respondent No. 3.
