1. Heard learned counsel for the applicants and the learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.

The present application has been filed with a prayer to quash the charge sheet dated 31.05.2024 as well summoning order dated 05.03.2025 passed in Case No. 287 of 2025 arising out of Case Crime No. 72 of 2024, under Sections 323, 504, 506, 352, 452, 427 I.P.C., P.S. Inayatnagar, District Ayodhya.

After arguing the matter at some length, learned counsel for the applicants submits that he does not want to press this application on merit and he confines his prayer only to the extent that applicants may be permitted to surrender and move bail application before the court concerned and suitable directions may be issued that the same may be heard and decided expeditiously, in accordance with law.
