Heard the parties.
2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Session
Trial No. 397 of 2023 arising out of Raghopur P.S. Case No. 126 of
2019 for the offence punishable under sections 147, 148, 341, 342,
323, 452, 354, 307, 326, 302, 201, 120(b), 504 and 506 of the Indian
Penal Code and 27 of Arms Act lodged on 09.09.2019.
3. For the proper appreciation of the case, let the legible
copy of the case diary, the post-mortem report as also the stage of the
trial be called for from the Court of learned Additional Sessions
Judge-IV, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Session Trial No.
397 of 2023 arising out of Raghopur P.S. Case No. 126 of 2019.
