The PSI of Subramanyapura Police Station has filed
charge sheet against accused persons for the offences
punishable U/s. 419, 420, 468, 471 R/w sec., 34 of IPC.
2. The brief facts of the prosecution case are as
follows:-
It is alleged that, on 01.07.2016 between 11.00 AM to
12.00 PM, the accused persons forged the signature of the
Cw.1 who is the Branch Manager of ICIC Bank, Uttrahalli, in
the check given by the Cw.1 to Cw.8 and further mentioned
the check number and company name of Cw.4 to 8 and
withdrawn and forged the signatures of the Cw.4 and 5 Rs.
99,51,000/-and transfer the above said amount to Jai
Education Welfare Association and cheated the Cw.4 to 6 and
the said association and thereby the accused persons have
committed the above said alleged offences which are offences
punishable U/s. 419, 420, 468, 471 R/w sec., 34 of IPC.
