About the Opportunity
We are looking to retain one senior associate (Intellectual Property Rights Division)-Full Time for our law firm’s office. We are a mid-size law firm aiming to achieve big, and this is the reason we are looking for exceptional staff for our law firm.

- IP Litigation before Hon’ble High Court
- Application Drafting and Filing
- Research and Analysis
- Advisory and Strategic Support to Client
- Answering queries from IP Offices
- Drafting of Review Petitions
- File Management
- Email monitoring
- Prior art searches
- Patent watch PCT Filing
- Attending Hearing at the Patent Office
- Drafting and Filing Pre and Post Grant Oppositions
Eligibility Criteria
- LL.B (3-year or 5-year course).
- Having LL.M degree will be an advantage, or having a diploma or other certificate in IPR will be an advantage.
- Post Qualification Experience (PQE): 3 years in IPR, or legal professionals with MTech/B.Tech/M.Sc. with 1-2 years of experience.
Salary
Rs. 75,000 per month OR 25% increment from the current CTC after your last salary slip review with income tax filings.
