lmemorandum of grounds filed in support thereof and the earlier orders of the
Hl-gh Court dated 13.10.2008 made in CrI.A.M.P.No,1809 of 2008, &
01.05.2025, made herein and upon hearing the arguments of sRl k
SRINIVAS, Advocate for the Appellants, the Court made the following
ORDER:
On 01.05.2025, this Court directed the Registry to issue bailable
warrant as against the accused.
Today when the case is come up for hearing, the superintendent of
Police, Guntur submitted a report stating that the subject matter of the
said order does not pertains to the jurisdiction of the superintendent of,
Police, Guntur District as the case in PR.No.24/2008-2009 comes withiri
the purview of Prohibition & Excise Station, Mangalagiri.
The Superintendent of police while stating so, has returned the
communication for taking necessary action.
Since, the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor too concurred with
the submission made Jby the superintendent of police that the3
Superintendent, prohibit]-on a Excise Station would be the appropriate
?uthorjty to execute the baj[ab[e warrants, Registry is directed to issue!’-
bailable warrants to the accused through the superintendent of police,
