The present bail applications have been preferred by the
petitioners under Section 483 of BNSS (Old Section 439 Cr.P.C.) in
connection with FIR No.133/2025 registered at Police Station
Sayra, District Udaipur for the offences punishable under Sections
140(1), 3(5), 189(2), 115(2), 127(2) & 61(2) BNS.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners
have falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted
that the accused-petitioners are in judicial custody since long and
the trial of the case will take long time. Therefore, it is prayed that
the accused-petitioners may be enlarged on bail.
