[1] Since all these petitions having more or less identical
facts and law, at the request of the learned advocates appearing for
the respective parties, have been taken up analogously. Considering
the urgency, the same are taken up for final hearing and are being
disposed of by this common judgment and order at the admission
stage.
[2] Issue Rule returnable forthwith. Learned A.G.P. Mr.
Nikunj Kanara waives service of notice of Rule on behalf of the
respondents – State authorities.
