                             The learned counsel for the petitioner
                   submits that the petitioner is arraigned as
                   an accused in as many as 9 crimes,
                   alleging various offences arising from social
                   medial postings.       It is submitted that the
                   initial    FIR,   covering   various   postings
                   allegedly made by the petitioner, has been
                   lodged before the Tadepalli Police Station,
                   Guntur District in Crime No.500 of 2024
                   registered on 03.11.2024.          It is further
                   submitted that complainants from different
                   parts of the State have filed different
                   complaints on the same postings, alleging
                   the commission of various crimes, and as a
                   result, the petitioner is facing as many as 9
                   cases before various jurisdictional police
                   stations.

                             The learned counsel appearing for
                   the petitioner submits that the petitioner is
                   suffering due to the said crimes and
                   contends that the registration of multiple
                   offences on the same cause of action is not
                   permissible under law.

                   The learned Government Pleader
             appearing for the State submits that first
             FIR was registered on 03.11.2024, vide
             Crime No.500 of 2024, on the file of
             Tadepalli Police Station, Guntur District for
             the   alleged   offences    under   Sections
             153 (A), 505 IPC and 67 ITA-2000-2008.

                   The respondents are hereby directed

to investigate Crime No.500 of 2024, and
there shall be stay of all further proceedings
in the other crimes registered against the
petitioner. The complaints therein may be
treated as statements under Section 162 of
the Cr.P.C. There shall be a further
direction to the respondents not to register
any additional FIRs against the petitioner on
the same cause of action.

The learned Government Pleader for
Home requests time to file counter-affidavit
