Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned
APP for the State.
2. The petitioner has preferred this application for
grant of regular bail in connection with Palanawa P.S. Case No.
108 of 2022 dated 02.06.2022 registered for the offences
punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324 and 307
of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, it is alleged that the
petitioner and the co-accused persons holding sharped edged
weapons came at the door of the informant and on exhortation
of the co-accused, Ramayan Yadav, his son Kanhiya Yadav
inflicted farsa blow on the head of the informant’s father
causing four cut injuries and the co-accused Mulayam Yadav
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19275 of 2025(2) dt.17-06-2025
gave blow of farsa on the left hand of the informant’s father. It is
further alleged that co-accused Kishan Yadav also tried to crush
the informant’s brothers by the tractor.
