2. The petitioner – accused No.2 has filed this
petition under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik
Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (“BNSS” for short) (Section 438 of
Cr.P.C.) seeking anticipatory bail in Crime No.7/2025 of
Khanapur Police Station registered for the offences
punishable under Sections 318(4), 319(2), 336(2), 340(2)
and 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (“BNS” for
short).
