After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that inadvertently, due to typographical error, certain facts and documents are left to be mentioned/enclosed along with the present contempt petition which are necessary for its proper adjudication and prays for withdrawal of the present contempt petition as dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file fresh.
In view of above, the present contempt petition is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file fresh.
