The Court: The rejoinder by the defendant no.1 to the first supplementary

affidavit used by the plaintiff in this application under Section 8 of the Arbitration

and Conciliation Act, 1996 is taken on record.

On behalf of the plaintiff, it is submitted that a further supplementary

affidavit is required to be filed on her behalf to bring on record the last orders

passed by the Criminal Court in connection with the partnership deed, the

existence whereof has been challenged by the plaintiff in the suit against which

this application has been filed by the defendants. The said supplementary

affidavit, according to the plaintiff is necessary as the orders have been passed

subsequent to filing of the first supplementary affidavit.

Let the plaintiff file such a supplementary affidavit only annexing the

orders of the Criminal Court by 4th July, 2025. Rejoinder thereto, if any, be filed

by 21st July, 2025.

Let this matter appear in the monthly list of August, 2025.
