1. The present bail application has been preferred by the
petitioner under Section 483 of BNSS (Old Section 439 Cr.P.C.) in
connection with FIR No.64/2025 registered at Police Station
Hamirwas, District Churu for the offences punishable under
Sections 64(2)(m), 351(3), 78(2), 332(b) of BNS.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner
has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted
that as per statement of prosecutrix under Section 164 Cr.P.C.
(183 BNSS) she is a major girl. Charge-sheet has been filed. The
accused-petitioner is in judicial custody since long and the trial of
the case will take long time. Therefore, it is prayed that the
accused-petitioner may be enlarged on bail.
