Petitioner herein is seeking direction upon the respondents to renew the
passport of petitioner for full term of ten years.
Mr. Shamsi, learned DSGI, has produced order dated 23.12.2024,
passed by respondent No.2, whereby the petitioner has been granted full
term passport as per section 5 of the Passport Act, 1967, but has only
restricted his travel to Pakistan. The same is taken on record.
Petitioner states that his grievance has been redressed.
In view of order dated 23.12.2024, passed by respondent No.2, writ
petition is disposed of along with connected CMs.
