                              UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following

1. Exemption Application is allowed.

2. Having heard and considered the submissions advanced by the
learned counsel representing the petitioner and after going through
the impugned order and the material placed on record, we are not
inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.

3. However, considering the fact that the offence under the
Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 has been
applied in this case, we feel that it is the obligation of the
Trial Court to conduct the proceedings in an expedited manner by
