under POCSO Act, Berhampore, Murshidabad in connection with C.
Spl. Case No.50 of 2020.

Learned Advocate for the petitioner seeks for extension of the
interim order of bail granted earlier on 26th November, 2024.
It is informed by the learned Advocate for the State that two
witnesses namely, Investigating Officers remain to be examined and
examination of one of the Investigating Officers is under process.
In view of such submission, interim order of bail granted
earlier on 26th November, 2024 is extended till end of August, 2025
or until further order, whichever is earlier..
It is made clear that in the event the petitioner is convicted by
the Trial Court, in the meantime, this order shall stand
automatically cancelled.
List this matter on 14th August, 2025.
